made baked salmon for my dinner last nite
erm...really like it..
haha...neway, i really like salmon!!!
at last i get to eat salmon!!!

i searched like a few hypermarket...
cant really find cheap n fresh salmon
at last found it at tai ping...
hehehe...

k..how did i prepare it???

1st the salmon i marinate with garlic, pepper n salt
then place a few slice of lemon on top
n leave it in the oven to bake it
for like 20 mins

then i made whipped potato, fried vege, mushroom n scrambled egg
as my side dish




oh n the sauce is lemon and parsley
the parsley sauce i brought the powdered sauce
jst add milk n shimmer it

mouthwatering hor !!...
hahaha...
prepared in less then 1 hour
hahaha....

next time cook for u guys.... ^ ^
