kay nowadays there's really lots of weirdo biotic sickness spreading around
since i know the word spreading i have heard about news like
JE...something related to pig
then got this disease related to cow from NZ..so cannot eat beef
then got the SARS
then got this H1N1 flu
and now got piggy flu - A(H1N1) flu - swine flu
and guess what next week i am going over to beijing for holiday

why la must appear at this moment of time..ish ish..
anyway we gotta do alot of preparation before hand
so...
1. mask!!! heaps of it
must wear it everywhere we're going
beijing as i know is a very crowded place
so MASK ON!!!
2. hand sanitizer
need to bring heaps of it toooo
use it before and after meal, wc.
yup..must must....
3. drink lots of water
4. drink lots of orange juice
cos we need more vitamin c and i dislike taking pills
so juice will be my fav then
5. make sure you are clean all time ^^
