I want my Internet!!

stupid Orcon company
yeah i signed up for a plan with this service provider
named?? " ORCON "
so guess what??
i signed it up on the 3rd of March
and when i signed up
i was told that the modem will arrived in 3 to 5 days
but if not will max up to 10 working days
so it din turn up after 10 days
i gave them a call
yeah afetr the "n" amount of calls i made
at last i was attended by a guy
(before tat was all i get is those nice music on going for like hours n no 1 will ever pick up the dam phone)
so after the guy help me check up
he said tat they dun have the record of sending out my modem
he meant he got a tracking number but jst couldnt track anything out of it
so he helped me to re order the modem
well tats was cool of him helping me out
and he told me yup jst wait for another 3 to 5 working days
guess wat?!?! it's already past the 5th day
so wat they gonna tell me again?!?!
asshole company
sorry tat i have to be such rude here
but i jst cant stand their service anymore
really got pissed off at them
the modem better show up tmr morning
else they r so in deep deep shit
